Triggers are an event which execute after the job has been completed, the trigger feature in Agenty generally used to send notifications, agent result upload to third party apps or servers. Triggers are the best way to automate the data transfer from Agenty to other application like Google spreadsheet, Zapier, Dropbox, Amazon S3 or FTPs. There are many triggers available in Agenty, under each pricing plan, and multiple trigger can be added with each agent to automate the result delivery when a scheduled or manual running job has been completed.
Add a Trigger
- Go to "Triggers" menu from sidebar
- You will see a list of triggers, available under your pricing plan(Notice the "In Plan" field in table below)
- Click on the "Add" button corresponding to triggers you want to add
- A web-form will open, to select the agent and to enter the parameter values require to run that trigger
- And save it.
Update a Trigger
Once a trigger has been added to an agent, it can be found under that agent page "Triggers" tab. Just go to the agent page > triggers tab and click on the "Edit" button to change anything in the trigger configuration as in screenshot below :
Delete a Trigger
Go to the agent page > triggers tab and click on the "Delete" button to remove a particular trigger from your agent as in screenshot below :
